What is your refund policy?
You will be provided a full refund when you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to its check-in time. The exception to this is One-Day Fly Aways which are non-refundable. You will receive a full refund or reschedule option in the event your activity is cancelled for any reason including weather or mechanical issues.
What are your hours of operations?

How and When do I receive my tickets?
Our concierge will email you your final tickets and information within 24-48 hours of your booking. Please print these tickets and bring them with you to your event. If you do not have access to a printer, we can email or fax a copy of your ticket to the vendor on your behalf.
